      <title>Is call forwarding still broken in the US?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm on my way to travel to the US for a few days with a roaming package I've already purchased, and then leave North America with a foreign SIM. I've set up phone forwarding to a Fongo number to redirect calls after my PM number becomes paperweight upon leaving the US.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just got the scare reading older posts that having the PM number connect to a US tower "breaks" call forwarding. Rendering my number useless upon leaving the continent despite the call forwarding setup in Canada. Is that still the case? Any way to avoid that, besides capitulating that I've just wasted $30 and still need to buy a new SIM for the few days in the US?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone had a chance to test this recently?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
