    <description>&lt;P&gt;unable to make calls or receive calls for more than a week, it's weird:&amp;nbsp;there're&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;several calls in the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;call history list after the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but able to send/receive&amp;nbsp;text message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is something wrong with the phone or there's something wrong with the plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could somebody help&amp;nbsp;me please.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have another phone you can trie the sim in? That will isolate phone vs account issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also what does your account page (status and plan ) say?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
