Hi

i has joined PM few days ago, and don’t really like quality of phone reception in my area. I want to switch back to my old provider. Is it possible to get refund for unused days of service if I transfer my number before billing cycle ends?

@CS_Agent

They won't provide a refund @Ildar89

They might be able to help with the 'reception' issues, however. Which provider were you looking to move back to? Public Mobile uses the same towers as TELUS, Koodo, and Bell, so you should get coverage which is comparable.

If you decide you're going back anyway, make sure to plan the port back 3-4 days before the end of your Public Mobile cycle so you're at least getting the best bang for your buck here before leaving.
