Hi,

I forgot my cell phone pin so I cannot use it. Are there any ways to unlock it?

if it is a sim pin, PM can help

but if it is a cell phone pin, it is a device security, you really cannot do much. There might be a prompt to let you unlock via Apple or Google. If not, then you will have to wipe your phone

wipe means you delete everything and you need to reset up the phone. If you have backup on cloud, it wouldn't be too bad

enter the passcode wrong 10 times and the phone would wipe itself

but before doing so, is that an iPhone or Android? you could use a computer to connect and able to access to phone and reset the code. Give us more info

It is an Android phone. I will give a try based on your instructions.

If I wipe off my phone, I guess only the data or apps are deleted, but the system is still there, correct?
