    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/368165"&gt;@Bud55&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you might have missed the rewards plan change announcement in March&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM retired the old reward system this month (May) and everyone migrated on the new Public Points system.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/move-to-public-points" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/move-to-public-points&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With this new system,&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;you pay the full amount first&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;(with the Available Funds on your My Account or via your credit/debit card on the system)&lt;/EM&gt;, and hence you see a higher charge now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Then PM will give you the points to your point account after renewal within 48 hours&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Once you collected 15 points, you can redeem $15 bill payment yourself to bring the next payment down.&amp;nbsp; Or you can also use points to buy add-ons with a discounted price&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For how to earn points with Public Points,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;you will get the same friend referral, 1 point (= $1) for every referral every month.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Instead of $2 autopay, you earn 5% point of your spending in points (plan renewal or add-on purchrases).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Instead of loyalty rewards, you will earn 10 points on your Anniversary date every year&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;You will still earn Give-Back rewards by participating in the Community.       <title>Lost annual credits</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was on the older system of credits,&amp;nbsp; don't use much so I had the $15/ month plan. My monthly rate because I have been a member for years last month was about $9 per month It just went to $16.95 with tax. Why did I lose my annual credits even though I did not switch plans? I would have thought my current rate would have stayed the same and just switched to the points. Not a fan of this points system.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/368165"&gt;@Bud55&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it is an new era , everyone got migrated to the new Public Points, no choice&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, in this new error, you don't get $2 autopay or $5 loyalty, you get 5% back in points and 10 anniversary poits&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks god, we still have friend referrals like before&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It has been replaced by 10 points. You should have gotten 5 points for the switch in Points Rewards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The $2 AutoPay is gone too and no points.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will need to collect 15 points for $15 credit now base on 5% of your monthly payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are also not happy but this is PM move to switch everyone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is good practice to visit Community at lest once a week to see what is going on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You missed announcement and BIG discussion regarding PM replacing monetary rewards with points for EVERYBODY. This no more healthy $ discount. Just points... Read through forum what is it all about.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
