I want to add funds to my account from my Mastercard that is compatible. I just want to send money to my avaliable funds how do I do that.

what card do you have.? Generally a Canadian bank issued Mastercard or Visa should work. But the system has some trouble when people update card, that could be the problem and not a problem with your card

but you can quickly add fund first by using voucher. Buy voucher from Shoppers Drug mart and load it using *611

Koho. Also under add funds it only gives me the option to add funds feom voucher I don't see an option to add from card

the Add funds from card button is not showing sometimes for some reason, but you can use this direct link:
