      <description>&lt;P&gt;my husband and I both switched to PM within an hour of each other. His phone is working fine. Mine will not send or receive messages from my phone number: waiting for activation. How long does this take and how can I fix it&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/419337"&gt;@Jayall77&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;There is currently a technical glitch with SMS and iMessage (and I think MMS) for some new customers that requires a fix by customer support. &amp;nbsp;Submit a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page. &amp;nbsp;Unfortunately wait time may currently be longer than usual, their hours are 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
