@Chijioke123 That can happen during the night when the system is being maintained. Please try again during the day and if it still doesn't work let us know (we're only customers but can often make recommendations) or contact customer service via the chat icon bottom right of this page.

While I haven't experienced this recently, clearing the Public Mobile device app storage setting has fixed this issue for me in the past.
