      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help me. I just changed my sim from Virgin Mobile to Public Mobile today. Somehow after transferring to the new sim (Public Mobile) I'm not able to receive and send text messages but I'm able to receive/make phone calls. I already called Virgin Mobile and they confirmed that I'm already with Public Mobile and my number is no longer with them. So i think there is something that needs to be done on Public Mobile network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone tell me the steps I'm missing? Please! Thank You!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
