With regards to the the Loyalty data gift you received recently, Public Mobile has claimed you will lose it if you lower your plan. Cases have been made to file a complaint over it as they've set a precedence being able to keep "gifts".&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone, just got an email from the CCTS rejecting my complaint about PM and there rip off points system. On top of that I'm trying to change my plan to a 21 or 19 dollar a month plan but hoping to keep all my rewards and add-ons, but PM is telling me I will lose everything because of the wonderful new points system. Their reasoning is those rewards and add-ons are attached to my old plan. Wow it must be impossible to move them over, we just don't have the tech. More BS from PM, our ridiculous Government system (CCTS) that regulate these organizations are a blood joke. I swear their all in bed together.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One pissed off customer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
