Update: You should now get cell service now as the outage for Yukon and Northwest Territories is resolved now.

This will affect people with 911 calling, Talk, data, and text as a result of a regional cable damage from Wildfires occurring regionally and or occurring in the Fort Nelson Region & Teepee Creek.

They are currently in restoration and time may be on May 11th in the late evening.

Since Ice Wireless is in Northern Canada you may be able to reach 911 service still, but it is unknown.

This will most likely affect Belus customers as well as subsidiaries like Koodo, Public, Lucky, Virgin, PC mobile and No Name Mobile.

It will also affect Rogers EXT, Fido EXT and Chatr EXT customers roaming on Bell's infrastructure in the north.

Ice Customers will most likely have no effect to this outage.
