      <title>Ported into Public Mobile but text messages not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've recently ported my account from 7eleven (speakout). I've spoken with support and they said it was successful as well. However text messaging is not working incoming or sending. I've already checked all the APN settings. Please help, will need text for banking and security.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Current mobile device is a Pixel 7.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/411260"&gt;@goodfishman2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Submit a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page, it's a current technical glitch with SMS texts for new subscribers but support can fix it on an individual basis. &amp;nbsp;Hopefully they will fix it for you quickly but response times are a little slower than usual at the moment due to others in the same boat.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
