    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I switched 2 days ago and still cannot receive or send texts. This means I cannot log into my account because I can't receive verification codes. I had to set up a new account with an old email and a friend's cell number just to get into the community to ask for help. If I can't log into my actual account to put in a support ticket, how do I get help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Open a ticket so agent can fix this issue for you.&lt;BR /&gt;Every new customer has same issue as you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
