    <description>&lt;P&gt;I activated my phone yesterday and did text YES when asked by Virgin if I wanted to port my number.&amp;nbsp; My eSim is toggled on and shows Public Mobile as my provider and shows my number that was to be ported to this phone.&amp;nbsp; When I try to submit a ticket it asks for the Sim number and says if using an eSim to type "N/A" but the input field will only accept numeric input.&amp;nbsp; The submit button at the bottom is greyed out, I assume because it says that all fields must be answered to submit a ticket.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My phone works for calls and data but if I try phoning my number from another phone I get a recording that it is no longer in service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there some way to submit a porting ticket, ie: some number that I can enter into Sim number field?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Called the number (twice) and the last person said that her info show that the port was completed successfully.&amp;nbsp; I am still unable to dial in from another phone - get the recording - but she was able to give me a sim number to use so I could submit a ticket.&amp;nbsp; We will see how that goes&lt;/P&gt;</description>
