      <description>&lt;P&gt;Could someone please help. I have just got a sim card and registered evrything and got a plan. they charged my credit card but my phone plan is not working and when it says the sim card is inserted at the top of phone. so i have some issue with sim card I believe. I try to access my app profile but cannot because it is trying to send me a text message but I cannot receive message due to the fact that the phone plan does not work. please help anyone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;@ Problem @ sim card&amp;nbsp;@ Account access&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You may be able to get the log in code by tapping Didn't Get The Code or Resend Code a few times and selecting the email option. &amp;nbsp;I'm not sure what you mean by "&lt;SPAN&gt;and when it says the sim card is inserted at the top of phone" ?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
