Please get your friend to create an account and send a ticket to customer service to fix the issue. You will not be able to create a ticket from your account to help him.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I encouraged my friend to switch to PM and since he is not able to send and receive txt messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He tried to use the sim on a different phone and still same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He can make inbound and outbound calls and it has been more than 24 hours since activation and still the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He rebooted the phone and all the other tricks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please assist as I feel embarrassed to get my friend to PM then he has all the trouble.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
