APN Settings

After changing the APN settings - with the help of cs agent - the issue of group texts and images was fixed. About a month has passed and I'm experiencing the same thing again with group texting. Not sure yet about images. Has anyone else experienced this before? Is there another fix? Help!

@2YAZ-W1AX what model of phone do you have?

if it is an Android, you can try to clear cache or even clear data first (but please backup important messages and images first as they would be all deleted if you do clear data)

you can also download another messaging app like Google Message and set it as the default messaging app

Thanks. I have a Xiaomi Mi A1. I clear cache and storage. I use google message... nothing... just stopped working.???
