what phone do you have?

try to click Reset All Networks first

and make sure your phone network mode is Automatic. If still with low speed, try each of the 4G/LTE, 5G.

@Hulkster - Do you mean 48mbps or 48 mb/s? 7 megabits = 1 megabyte.

Or do you mean 0.48mbps? 480kbps is unusual... sounds like you are on Unlimited Data at 512kbps.

It may also be the range or sometimes overuse of the tower by others which is making everyones data slower.
