      <description>&lt;P&gt;With your activation did you ask to transfer your number from your previous carrier? Did you wait for the text message asking you to respond yes?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IIf you didn't wait for the text message then your part probably hasn't happened yet. Return your old SIM to your phone and wait for the text message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you place your previous providers SIM card in your phone, is that still active?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It sounds like the port didn't go through. Check your private message box in the top right corner.
