Can't change plan

My self serve seems to be super broken. And it's been like this all day.

When I go to the "Change Plan" page it looks like this:

If i do to the addons page, it gives me a 404 error page. I've been trying to get data for my phone for the whole day and it's been a struggle.

I've tried on 3 computers, and tried, on safari, chrome and firefox.

@BrandonS When does your current plan expire? What is it?

It may be more cost effective to renew it early than purchase a data add-on.

@BrandonS, is your phone still active? When was/is your next renewal. This could verry well be a temporary glitch in the system. You mentioned that you tried on different computers, but did you try different browsers, and using privacy/incognito mode?

If that doesn't work, and you don't want to wait to see if it clears up on its own, you can send a private message to the moderator team and ask them to help you.

My plan expires in 2 weeks. I'm trying to change my plan but when I go to the change plan page it's super broken and I'm unable to change the plan.

The same for addons/

Private message the moderator team and have them resolve whatever is affecting your account. There's something definitely not right with it.
