      <description>&lt;P&gt;My father just brought up that his data was not working. I was able to duplicate the issue by moving his sim card to an old phone. I've also had him restart his device. He did seem to still get the 2FA code, so text seems to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;His plan has under 900MB used out of 40GB this cycle. Plus he has the large GB bonus from being switched to the new rewards plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any troubleshooting recommendations?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am considering buying him a new SIM card or figuring out if I could get an eSIM card for my plan and using my SIM card in his phone instead. I don't know how to switch to eSIM though. My phone is eSIM compatible, his is not.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
