21$ 4G plan

My current plan is 15$ 4G plan 0 G date . why there is not 21$ 4Gspeed 3Gdate option when I want to change the plan ?

Sorry, but this plan is only for new customers. Some customers have reported that asking a customer support agent sometimes allows them to get the plan, but his isn't guaranteed.

the current $21 plan is reserved for new account only....for now. Keep watching OR select a different plan that is available to you.

but there is not note that only to new subscribers !!! . 29 $ plan is expensive for me . I can choose other company .

@zhou1 If you look at the black box on the plan it does say available for new activations only.

yes I saw it . but the 15$ 4G without date , I can't accept it. I find Lucky has a plan 22$ for 5G date 4G speed .
