@JoanneBarron Once you have accumulated 15 points you go into My Rewards and apply $15 to your bill. Or you can buy add-ons with points for less than the $ purchase value.

You need at least 15 points to convert them to $.

It should be a 'my rewards' area. Since it is so new to me and I do not have 15 points yet, I am not sure how it is done, yet.

@Meow When you log in to your account, go to My Rewards and there you can select the catalogue and see all the items you can purchase with points. For example add-ons start at 5 points ($5) and there are some at 10 points ($10), these add-ons would cost more if you were to buy them with $ instead of points for example a 10 point add on could cost $15 if you paid in $ instead of points. But to simply take $15 off your next bill you select the 15 points for $15 bill credit. I've never been on the old rewards system, this is all I've ever known!
