my current plan just renewed today May 8. if I change to the new plan 5g $34, which ends May 20. When will the new plan be effective? Can I still get the prom price? Thanks

Your plan becomes effective dependent on your choice, if you select Change Now then it will take the funds from your account, if you press Change on Renewal then it will take effect on your next renewal date. If you press change on renewal you will not miss the promotion.

@Sharonzxy - Use change on renewal to ensure you don't lose your plan. And you can switch to it on your next renewal date via change on renewal which is June 7th.

Can you confirm, that though the Promotion "ENDS MAY 20th", choosing this plan to change at renewal after May 20th will not somehow nullify the promo?

@Dok You can choose Change on Renewal even if your next renewal is after May 20. It’s always a good idea to take a screenshot after you have completed the change for proof in the event the change doesn’t happen.
