    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi my friend just joined because of me and the can us 34$ plan.&amp;nbsp; On his first day he realized he selected the $34 plan that doesn't have can us.&amp;nbsp; Then he switched to the correct plan and paid $34 again on the same day his first.&amp;nbsp; How can he be refunded his $34&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/291984"&gt;@jaguarbass126&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;typically no refunds as prepaid.&amp;nbsp; But he can submit a ticket to Public Mobile and explain and see what they say. They have to use the support section of the app&amp;nbsp; or the chatbot to create a ticket.&amp;nbsp; The orange bubble lower right works also.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

No guarantees.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your friend can submit a ticket for CSA help. Click on the chat icon on the right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit a ticket for CSA. &amp;nbsp;It usually take a few hours to up to 1-2 days for response times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
