    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just signed up last night for the $34 plan. I don’t have data working, can’t access my account, number only makes outgoing calls, no texts, and when I dial 611 it says I have insufficient funds even though credit card was charged. What can I do when there’s no one to talk to?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
