      <description>&lt;P&gt;PM is prepaid and it is said on the fine print, which you agreed&amp;nbsp; implicitly when you activaed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but from what I know, PM usually very good in refund when account not fully activated.&amp;nbsp; So, just message support again&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
