    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello there,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's past May 5, 2024 now.&amp;nbsp; Should we have all been forced onto the Public Points reward system?&amp;nbsp; If yes, I have not received the 5 welcome points or the points equal to 10% of my subscription plan.&amp;nbsp; Can somebody advise what's the reason?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;People are getting switched in groups and usually On Plan Renewal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So you would see Points Back about 24 hours after a there is a payment for a new cycle charged&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It isn't 10% points back, it is 5% points back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately we all are forced out of our old plan .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I lost my $7 monthly rewards,but I still have all my add-ons in my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And as a welcome bonus I've received 5 points&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Finally received the message from Public Mobile regarding the Points system.&amp;nbsp; It says the process can take up to 4 days.&amp;nbsp; What does that mean?&amp;nbsp; Does that mean that it's going to take them up to 4 days to credit me these measly 5 welcome points and what about the 5% of my subscription plan amount?&amp;nbsp; Is that going to take up to 4 days to be credited to my account?&amp;nbsp; I am currently trying to load the "My Rewards" page and it's not loading at all.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
