Specific Number Not Able to Send or Receive Messages

Hello I am wondering if a specific number is blocked through the carrier. I have checked all the settings on my iPhone 8, the number is not blocked, notifications are turned on, not on DND. But this one specific number I am not able to send a text message or receive them. When I send a text message it shows delivered, but on the other side they don't get it. I don't get message from the other person as well.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

@Mikedtv you would have to message agents directly. They do not monitor and respond to messages through the community.

Are you sending it to iPhone or android? If you click and hold the text, it will give you more options to send via SMS for android.
