@Rochel66 First try to reset network settings see if that helps . If you have physical SIM card can you try the sim in another phone see if it will work ? This can cause the sim to reprovision itself . If no luck please

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen

If that doesn’t work you can always send direct private message to support .
