    <description>&lt;P&gt;Called the 1955 number and it says my account is not active&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I don't get it - if it already charged my CC LAST MONTH, then why is my account still on hold?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't want to make another payment when I've already gotten charged&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My account is apparently on hold because my CC expired. However, I see it actually charged on renewal date (?) on my CC bill&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I changed my CC details earlier today but the account seems still to be on hold. The app thinks I haven't done so and it's &amp;nbsp;making me repeat the step&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone from PM DM me to look up my account to see where it’s at? I can only receive texts but not make phone calls&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/359688"&gt;@Biscayne05&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what you saw might be wrong from browser cache&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you call 1-955-4PUBLIC , enter your phone number, does the system say your account active or not?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can you login My Account again using Incognito/private/secret mode on the browser and make payment again?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if still not taking it, wait an hour and try again.&amp;nbsp; Or it might be quicker to get a voucher from Shoppers drug mart and load it using *611 to get the service back first&lt;/P&gt;</description>
