Hi,

I would like to change my current subscription to 3GB Data at 4G Speed. I am unable to accomplish this online. Also, I would like to take advantage of the 90 Day option listed at $19/month which isn't an option as well.

That package is only available for new activations at the moment. When you are in your account it will show you which packages are available for existing customers.

@Mogi1 , you can only change plans o ones that are available when you click on change subscription.

Wait a few days, and possibly it will be available to all.

If it is not shown on the PM app on your account then it is for new members only.
