I'd love to switch to the $34 Can-US plan. Does it come with call display, voicemail, call waiting, call forwarding and conference calling?

Every PM plan has the same basic features (voice mail, call display, etc.).

The only difference is amount of data and is it Canada only or USA/Canada service.

The plan includes a free eSIM. Does it include a free physical SIM (Buy and pay for it upfront) and get a credit for it?

Only free eSIM. You have to pay for a physical SIM.

You can buy one PM SIM at Amazon for $4.99

I read on the promo page that this offer is for Quebec residents only, and I have friend in Ontario that's hoping to get it, can anyone confirm if they were able to get this plan 34 $ 50gb Ca/US & unlimited calling?
