    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just subscribed to Public Mobile $34 Can- US plan. After downloading the app, the pre-activation failed and asking to contact support agent. I cannot get agent online. Chat ends just like that. Please help me what should I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
