    <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, I’m passed the payment page. I’m stuck at the « Esim NOT INSTALLED- something didn’t go right during the install try again » I have tried to reinstall the app, but I may need to call the port team.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
