Hey all, are we being forced to opt into the points system? I just got a message saying "we're excited you're joining public points" but I've not done anything and avoided signing up for points since everyone said it's not worth it.

Just wondering if anyone had this experience!

Thanks

YES. ALL PM customers are switching to points as pf May 2024. How that will go - most likely after last payment in May all rewards will be Points.

Meaning - no more autopay $, no more loyalty $/year.
You will get 10 anniversary points and 1 point for each referral (if you have any). Plus 5% in points of your renewal bill. Community awards will be in points, too.

When you collect 15+ points you can convert them into $ (in blocks of 15) and pay renewal fee or purchase add-on.

So there's no choice to keep getting the discounts I'm already getting? My bill will go up. Any way to not opt in? Can they do this??? I don't want the points, i want my loyalty points and discounts.
