Unfortunately pm having problems with text messaging for new customers. You need to put in a ticket using chat bot to get them to fix it

It's the little text bubble in the bottom right. I believe you just type customers service or just answer the questions till it let's you open a ticket

Every NEW customer has issue with texting.

Open a ticket with agent to remedy this issue. Click on bottom right icon:

type 'ticket' and follow prompts to open one.
