      <description>&lt;P&gt;Generally speaking, refunds aren't possible. Even if you could convince them to, it would probably take you more than a month to get it back anyway, at which point you'd have to make another payment. Just leave it as a credit on your account and it'll get used next month.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
