    <description>&lt;P&gt;Why am I getting a SMS from Public Mobile advising me that they are setting up a new profile? &amp;nbsp;I’ve been a customer since 2018 and have never missed a payment. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope they aren’t taking away more from me, because Freedom Mobile is starting to look much more appealing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
