    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/414011"&gt;@Ooz&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;look like it is a credit card issue, not necessarily your credit card has problem, could be issue on PM side&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have another credit card??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and are you using the PM app to subscribe??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please use the PM app (if already installed, uninstall it, reboot and reinstall), and if possible, use another email address and setup another account to subscribe with the app&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I keep getting a screen saying “&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WE ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;”&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when trying to subscribe. There seems to be no way around this and it’s almost like it’s a sign to not join public mobile. Can someone help with this? There is no way around this, every time I click subscribe I get this error with no options of going back to another screen either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
