Hi. I bought the add-on for USA talk and data. The data is working fine but I can't make any calls.

what phone do you have ? which network you are connected to now?

try to change the network to T-Mobile, connect it manually and test

if you still cannot make the call, change the network mode to 2G when you are still on T-Mobile and try again
