I transferred my number using the PM app. During the esim activation process, it automatically adjusted my old esim from fido and changed it to PM. Maybe because of that, I never received a message from fido to confirm the transfer. Now I can not receive any messages or inbound calls, but I can still make outbound calls. Can someone could help me out please.

@TroyZhu I've seen this on my iPhone too. Adding a new eSIM sometimes seems to disable the old ones. In the case of migrating into PM, as hTideNow mentioned, you'll need to reactivate your old SIM until you get the porting process completed. Keep the Fido seem activated until your Fido service shuts off (you'll see no bars or SOS on your phone) and only then deactivate your Fido SIM and enable your PM sim. Don't delete your Fido SIM until you've confirmed that your PM service is working perfectly (you have data, can send/receive calls, can send/receive texts).

The porting team was able to get the porting done, but the issue still exists that the message function not working (send and receive).
