The issue that I find with some businesses is that there's no set standards, and everyone does something different.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it true that PM can/will retract 'bonus' points given to accounts that have moved over to points voluntarily?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;According to CS_Agent Nataly, customers who received bonus points will have them removed. This did happen to one person I know, but not me (yet).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
