    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I changed from Bell to Public some days ago. I can access data, make and receive calls, but I &lt;STRONG&gt;can't&lt;/STRONG&gt; make or receive SMS messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried opening a ticket or asking the bot to speak with a human to help me, but then it sends me to a login screen. When I type my user and password it asks for a code that was sent to me by SMS. But my SMS is not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I can't open a ticket or speak with a human.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help plz&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I posted in my second account (this one) because I cant post on the account with the actual phone number because of the login thing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, I waited for more than 5 hours, tried turning it on and off again several times, the device receives SMSs if I put someone else's SIM card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it's not work either then you can message PM directly though the link below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They are are of the SMS issues and are working on a fix.
