      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried Firefox, Chrome. Same issue as last month, seems to be permanent. How am I supposed to pay my bill if I can't input a credit card?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Some have reported that worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also you will need payment vouchers so then you can resume your service. Unknown if you got any from last post.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can find them at Recharge online or at most participating stores listed here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/payment-voucher" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/payment-voucher&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is a physical voucher from Sobeys:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot 2024-03-04 at 4.29.03 PM.png" style="width: 143px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/123291i953B9982BB51FAC4/image-size/small?v=v2&amp;amp;px=200" role="button" title="Screenshot 2024-03-04 at 4.29.03 PM.png" alt="Screenshot 2024-03-04 at 4.29.03 PM.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Load them up using *611 (1-855-4PUBLIC) or in My Account on the Payments section on both the app or website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also note: CS_Agent cannot change Credit / Debit Card info as it violates some privacy rights.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had to change 3 of our plans this month to update our credit card and it worked in the app for me. &amp;nbsp;Perhaps wait so you have a day where you have not tried in case the system has blocked you for repeated tries and then test it in the app. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
