    <description>&lt;P&gt;You now get 5% back in points, 10 once every year, 1 point for every referral.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And you need to manually cash in for $15 off, it is not automatic any more.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You probably received an email about it, but maybe did not realize that the change in rewards would effect your bill&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The short answer is that the old rewards program has been discontinued and replaced with the points system which does not directly discount your bill. You will be paying more on this new system.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
