      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello community! I hope you can help me. Each time I log into public mobile.ca to view my points the system requests I activate my phone. My phone is already activated. The system won’t allow me to go any further preventing me from topping up online and viewing any information whatsoever. Any suggestions?!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
