    <description>&lt;P&gt;Everyday my mobile network says it's disconnected. I can't send or receive sms messages. It goes to emergency calls only. I have reset my network settings over and over and doesn't work. I have taken out my sim card as well. Please help! I submitted a ticket days ago with no response.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
