      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;transfer to public mobile 24 hours ago and just started being able to send and receive text messages. I have not received any text messages that would have been sent to me within the last 24 hours. However. What has happened to these? Will I get them? How do I get them?
