Hi, does the new loyalty program apply points (deduct) directly from monthly plan or do I have to redeem it?

@Gia219 - You will get 5% back in points every $1 you spend on your plan excluding tax.

Refer a friend will stay as well as community rewards. You will get 10 points annually as a thank you and 5 ond time points when you login to the dashboard.

It can be used to redeem a $15 bill credit or any add-on.

once you get to 15, you can redeem for $15

it is user-redeemed, not automatic

@Gia219 You will have to wait until your earn 15 points and then have to redeem $15 off your bill from the rewards portal . Essentially costing you a extra $60 a year
